By visiting Bedford Cat Café you are agreeing to our house rules and the terms below.

Bedford Cat Cafe strictly enforces our rules to ensure the safety and enjoyment of cats, customers and staff.
Staff cannot be held responsible if proof of age is not shown, refunds will not be given if entry is refused due to no proof of age.
Staff cannot be held responsible if you have not checked your booking details, refunds will not be issued if you miss your booking or turn up on the wrong day.
Entry may be refused if you have booked for a large group which includes children and have not contacted us to discuss child to adult ratios, in this case refunds will not be issued.
Entry may be refused if you appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, in this instance refunds will not be issued.
Rudeness to staff will not be tolerated and may result in refused entry / termination of booking, in this case refunds will not be issued.
You are closely interacting with live animals and whilst every care is taken to prevent scratches, Bedford Cat Cafe cannot be held responsible if someone is scratched by a cat.

Cancellation terms

At the point of booking you will be asked to pay a table charge of £12- £36, depending on table size (plus a £1 booking fee) to secure this table. This charge is a non-refundable, if for any reason you are unable to attend, please contact us with a minimum of 24hrs notice and we can re-arrange your booking for a different day (the charge will be transferred to your new booking). If less than 24 hrs notice is provided you will forfeit the table charge. This charge is equal to entry for the number of people a table seats . Refunds will not being given if entry is refused due to underage children / not able to provide proof of age.
