Booking

​

  • In a moment you will be taken to our booking page, please ensure you book the correct sized table for your group as we cannot always accommodate extra people, if you book a larger table than needed you may be charged extra.

  • There is more than 1 table booking and you may need to scroll down to find to check availability of tables. 

​

  • After you have booked PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL - if anything has gone wrong (date / time) or you have not received a confirmation email please contact us, it may not be possible to help on the day of your booking. Please note, if you cancel your booking you are not automatically refunded (see terms and conditions email to discuss refunds).

  • There is a £6 per person entry fee. You will be asked to pay a table charge of £12, £24 or £36 (plus a £1 booking fee per table), to secure your table, this will depend on the size table you are booking. If less people attend you may have additional credit available on the day to go towards any food or drink purchased during your visit.

  • Please remember all rules are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our cats and the customers. Staff at Bedford Cat Cafe are not responsible if things go wrong due to details not being checked or rules not being followed. 

​

  • At least one person in a booking must be 16 or over (We do not permit entry to unaccompanied under      16's).

​

  • If you are interested in booking afternoon tea, please see our afternoon tea section and then book a table.  Once you receive your confirmation email this will provide instructions on how to upgrade to afternoon tea (please note full payment in advance is required to book this)
